Beyond our mission, which is central to everything we do, what makes our platform and dataset unique are our metrics. For the most nuanced understanding of women’s experiences at work, we ask anonymous raters about the 17 key metrics that matter most to working women, including Flexible Work Hours, Sense of Belonging, Salary Satisfaction, and Ability to Telecommute. These metrics, paired with demographic information and user comments ensure our company scorecards reflect the intersectional experiences represented in the workforce.
