At the end of 2020, the Pink Petro and Experience Energy brands were retired. The company launched ALLY Energy during the COVID-19 lockdown and scaled to deliver 200 events to thousands. The Voices of Energy™ podcast was launched. Utilities, solar, and wind companies join ALLY with 35 corporate members.

In 2021, ALLY Energy acquired Clean Energy Social, the largest jobs platform in solar and wind, doubling the number of candidates and companies on the platform.

In 2022, the company expanded its online platform to include the ALLY Academy, focused on leadership development.
